LAND PARK: Music in the Park Single Class w/ Jillian

Spring is in the air! Start your week off right with the joy of live music and community in the park.

For families looking to connect, form bonds with children 0-5 years old, and share the joys of live music making with your kiddo(s), Grow Resilient Families’ Music in the Park Series is designed to safely meet the specific developmental and social needs of both child and caregiver. Expand your and your child's friend circle while having fun with music in the fresh air! Classes are 30 minutes long. Pre-registration is required and space is limited.

Children are encouraged to move and play along during class while remaining on or near their own picnic blankets. Sign up now!

Make-Ups: Unfortunately, missed classes for this series cannot be guaranteed to be made up. However, I always do my best to help families join an additional class location, day, and time whenever possible.

— all classes are mixed ages, 0-5 years old

—Class is held outdoors in the summer/fall as long as the temperature is under 96 degrees at the time of class and the air quality index (AQI) is under 150. In the winter/spring, we hold class unless there is active rainfall, lightning, and/or winds of over 20mph. Our indoor “backup” location is just across the street at Congregation B’nai Israel.

Don't forget your "Resilience Bells" to go with Jillian’s original song that we often sing (not required): handmade by Jillian and available in limited quantities. To be the 1st to hear, get on the mailing list and follow Resilient Families on Instagram.

Please bring

  • Towel or blanket to sit on (waterproof recommended due to muddy conditions)

  • Instruments will NOT be provided in this series. Please bring instruments/noise makers (be sure and bring a shaker for each child: rattle, tupperware with dried rice or beans in it, etc)

  • Your resilience bells if you already have some at home (not required)

  • Water and snacks for you and kiddo

  • Sun hat and layers (depending on if we end up in sun or shade that day)
