The special, sold-out Halloween event is back for a 5th year and coming to Fair Oaks Village Park for the first time! Wear your costumes and join Jillian Van Ness and her special guest musician, world—record holder Neil Nayyar— for a whimsically spooky and interactive music performance for families of 0-6 year olds.

Wear your costumes, bring a water-proof blanket to sit on, and something that makes a shaking sound (e.g. instrument OR tupperware filled with dried rice/beans)
