We’re popping up at East Portal Park (in East Sac) on Sunday 2/21 @ 11:00am for some endorphin-boosting movement with your baby (in utero or out) and to connect with other families. Must be 6-weeks post delivery and cleared for exercise by your medical provider. Older children and whole families welcome for this community, line-dance-style class. Pre-registration required here.
