GroovaRoo™ is more than a dance or exercise class (although you will get a good workout). GroovaRoo is a community of fun-loving folks who come together to move and connect with their babies and one another to soulful, feel-good tunes. Classes are open to all caregivers, and are taught by a certified instructor. No previous babywearing experience necessary.

Parent participation required. Participants must wear an approved carrier in one of the following styles: soft structure, stretchy, or Meh Dai.
