Grab your kiddo, jogger stroller, and snacks and join Craig Castleton and his one-year-old on a 30-minute jog in the River Park neighborhood (East Sac), followed by an informal stretch/chat/hang-out and coffee at Glen Hall Park. For babies age 6-months+. Fathers from all ages and stages of parenthood are welcome, including expectant fathers and those who identify as fathers. Conditioned to aspiring runners are welcome.
We’ll pair folks up to run, two-by-two in order to maintain social distancing.
