Baby Massage 101

Bring your pre-walker and join Jillian on Saturday June 5th @ 2:00pm-3:30pm for a hands-on, intro to baby massage class in person at The Root in East Sac. We will cover the benefits and foundations of baby massage including: appropriate pressure, recommended oils, how to read baby's engagement cues, as well as massage strokes for one area of the body. A short, PDF/handout of the learned principles will be provided for home practice. Please note: you are the absolute best person to give massage to your baby and will massage your own baby during class. REGISTER NOW!

    AGES: 2-weeks-old through pre-walking

    COST: The cost of the class is $55. Tuition includes a spot for your child and up to two caregivers.
    *Must have at least six confirmed families to run the class. No more than eight families allowed per class due to social distancing. Masks required for all adults, regardless of vaccination status.
