Baby Massage in the Park

Designed for parents and babies two-weeks-old through pre-crawling, this 90-minute, hands-on class facilitates bonding, empowerment, and connection through baby massage education and instruction. Register Now to save your spot! This class is expected to fill quickly.

This is Jillian’s introductory, HANDS-ON class, covering the benefits and foundations of baby massage including:

  • appropriate pressure

  • recommended oils

  • how to read baby's engagement cues

  • as well as massage strokes for 1-2 areas of the body.

    A short, PDF/handout of the learned principles will be provided for home practice. Please note: you are the absolute best person to give massage to your baby and will massage your own baby during class.

  • relationship forming/bonding

Jillian is an internationally Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist (CPMT), Certified Infant Massage Teacher (CIMT), and mother of two. She has been teaching families in the greater Sacramento-area how to safely massage and engage with their babies since 2014. Learn more about Jillian.

*Tuition includes baby + two caregivers.

Minimum and Maximum enrollment= 6 families

Covid Protocols will be as follows:

  • Masks required

  • Pre-measured, socially-distanced spots at 14’ apart (from the center of each blanket)

  • Jillian will teach with a face shield and microphone at a distance.
