This is Jillian’s introductory, HANDS-ON class, covering the benefits and foundations of baby massage including:
appropriate pressure
recommended oils
how to read baby's engagement cues
as well as massage strokes for 1-2 areas of the body.
A short, PDF/handout of the learned principles will be provided for home practice. Please note: you are the absolute best person to give massage to your baby and will massage your own baby during class.
