Designed for parents and babies two-weeks-old through pre-crawling, Jillian’s six week, live Zoom series facilitates bonding, nurturing, and connection through the exploration of baby massage, live music, GroovaRoo babywearing dance, peer support, mindfulness and more. Class will connect parents with babies born around the same developmental age and include:

• topics of the week

• sharing circles

• hands-on baby massage instruction to support a variety of goals/needs

• learning and singing lullabies and children’s songs while Jillian plays guitar

• baby wearing basics & safety

• choreography to GroovaRoo’s feel-good, low-impact, circle and line dances.
